The rules of the road for using Pillars ActiveHub, and how we handle your data.

1. Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use Pillars ActiveHub for lawful, personal training purposes. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Health disclaimer

Pillars ActiveHub is not a medical service. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise, mindfulness or wellness program — especially if you have an existing condition or injury.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access remains active through the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

4. What we collect

Account details (name, email), activity you log (workouts, mood, game scores), and standard technical data needed to run the product reliably. We don't sell personal data.

5. How we use your data

To run your account, show your history and streaks, power leaderboards (anonymised where possible), and improve the product. Communications you receive are limited to service updates unless you opt in to more.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
